Genna Grinblat is a proven and accomplished Sales leader.  He has over 20 years of experience, with a solid management and sales background.  Genna’s experience includes being the Vice President of Sales for Knoll, which is a large designer and manufacturer of office furniture.  For the last 16 years he has worked within the Commercial Furniture industry and has been a part of outfitting many fortune 100 companies with the right solutions to allow their employees to work safely, more comfortably, and in turn be more productive. Through his experience and education, and with the full understanding that any company’s greatest asset is its employees, he feels very fortunate to be able to deliver best-in-class solutions to clients, helping them improve their overall performance and well being. Genna  wholeheartedly shares the design philosophy that good design does more with less and that human-centric solutions that prioritize simplicity over complexity can help protect the environment in which we live, while improving the environment in which we work.He has taken his sales skills, and leadership capabilities, and is helping other organizations build amazing, productive, and effective sales teams.

He has an undergraduate degree in Business, and International Relations, as well as an MBA in Global Management.
